GOMA in 2022

INTRODUCTION & REVIEW OF THE YEAR TO DATE
2021 as we mentioned before was a year to feel out the rights and wrongs of building a long-term crypto company, in a time where MEMECOINS and fly-by-night’s were… well… every night a’new.
2021: Mistakes made, and valuable lessons learned.
Some of the mistakes form a considerable part of where we are today, and also what sculpts the short to medium term future of GOMA Finance, and the lessons learned have equipped us with the resources, and tools to turn those mistakes around and revitalize the GOMA Ecosystem from this point forward.
This leads us into the first quarter of 2022, which we entered with a racing start with a GOMA brand invigoration, GOMAx’s first CEX, new GOMAToken website, and a significant roadmap for Q1 and part of Q2 which looks solid as a plan to continue building a real player in the crypto industry.
To be honest and transparent, here are some harder lessons learnt so far in 2022
a) The responsibility for all vision and direction for the primary actions of the project party/team lies with the team, the choice to let the community noise shift focus is counter-intuitive. This happened far too many times in 2021 to far too many projects, it will not happen to us in 2022. (community perspective is important for the otherall vision, of course, but not to be confused with choosing it).
b) Lack of appropriate action in 2021 caused many people to lose trust for various reasons; and NOW is time to rebuild that trust through the timely execution of the publicized plans — with no more “soon”.
c) If you look like a meme, are built like a meme, you will always be a meme. And that is why we are making significant strides to move away from that mindset, and rebuild the fabric of what GOMA stands for — and the architecture that we are build ontop of.
The 2022 Roadmap (so far, and upcoming)
We started off phenomenally being early on the designs, and the new website build, ROCK ON. 🤘
BUT, we’re not going to sugar coat it, there are minor delays from the close of February.
A large portion of our engineering team — especially the Blockchain and backend engineers — are from the Ukraine. Reality check: war happened without warning, and we worked closely with our brothers from the Ukraine (and their families) to leave the Ukraine to start temporary new lives in Austria and Poland. They are now safe!
:: For this reason the blockchain integration and backend integration of the newly designed GOMA.fi platform had to be put on the back-burner while getting the Ukrainian team to safety.
:: The update to the Litepaper repository on Gitbook must still be updated to accommodate for the new technical outlines of the ecosystem (GOMA TRIANGLE: GOMA, GOMAx & GOMAsterchef v3)
:: Marketing has begun to take shape, and we have seen a few new community members/GOMARIANS/investor who have joined the ranks to be part of the NEW GOMA ERA — the smarter, more mature and well balanced GOMA.
Upcoming, what to expect
March is going to be a very busy month, with a lot of leg-work to do.
Not only to catch up with the above-mentioned items, but also to ramp up the rebuilding our trust, and a lot of our infrastructure/architecture.

Why is this important. GOMAsterchef itself may be a staking and rewards contract, but actually it represents something much more. It represents the expanding flexibility and utility of the ecosystem as a whole. It promotes, supports and enables the GOMA triangle to function and provide all 3 incentive structures under one mechanism: 1) GOMA Redistribution, 2) BNB Reflections (from GOMAx), as well as 3) Staking rewards, AT THE SAME TIME.
It is… the future.
2. GOMA Token Improvements & Upgrades (Read more about this here)
As mentioned, we are a long-term crypto company with a vision that extends 2021 (past), Q1-Q4 2022, to 2023 and beyond. And with this requires us to revisit our initial structure, and see how we can improve and upgrade to maximize the features, benefits, and flexibility of GOMA as a token, technology, company, ecosystem and prospect for our community of investors, new investors and the entire crypto industry as a whole.

3. BUILDING TRUST
There are many ways that we need to resolve the trust concerns, however instead of just talking about it we will be actioning it. Once our improvements and upgrades are done, we will be using a reputable, world-renowned audit specialist — CERTIK — to audit us, and show investors that we are infact serious about becoming a competitive industry player.
As promised we are in the process of planning our first NFT drop, which will signify a move in the direction of digital assets, and solidifying some partnerships that we currently have on the table (NFT / metaverse).
We will also be doing a CoinMarketCap NFT drop/airdrop, which we hope will see many more new GOMARIANS enter the ranks — even if it is through NFTs, it gives us an instrument to guide these new GOMARIANS toward our core (and forever our core): THE GOMA TOKEN.
5. When all is said and done, and all goes according to plan
CEX CEX CEX. With the rebuilt trust, and a world renowned audit done, as well as a battery or new features, functions and flexibility; there will be nothing stopping us from listing GOMA AND GOMAx on new CEX’s come Q2.
Phase 1: Partnerships & Promotions (Roadmap)
Our plans are as follows, keeping it simple and straightforward:
- We have 2 new staking partners that we are negotiating with
- We are working with STEM to ensure that our NFTs have a marketplace as soon as they are done
- We have 1 metaverse partner that we are discussing opportunities with; at the very least to mention as one of our partners for the medium-term future
- We are discussing terms for the NFT drop with CoinMarketCap, and making sure it is all aligned properly with our roadmap and our NFT creation
- (Once upgraded) Visibility: Ongoing Campaign focused promotions on twitter, reddit, and telegram to build trust and awareness
- After the token improvements and Upgrade:
- we are engaging with some influencers who are ready to take us on only once completed
- we are able to bring in more investors through fee-less promotional tactics on a monthly basis
- institutional players are willing to partner with us, and publicly build our reputation back up again
- we become TRUE GOMA, and no longer the MEMECOIN-esq GOMA that is being held back by the memecoin mistakes made; lessons learned.
